Walk It Out
We are looking for online mentors to provide guidance, feedback and support, tailored to the mentee to help build their strengths so that they can successfully pursue their ambitions and overcome any challenges they may be facing.
Walk it out was created in 2021 to improve the health and well-being of females, to raise awareness, improve women's safety and empower young girls and women to stand up for themselves at home and in public.
We are constantly campaigning to end male violence against women and are committed to tackling crime through building community relationships.
“The best project you’ll ever work on is you!”

There will be flexibility with regards to the date/timing of the mentoring sessions, but you must be able to commit to checking the group chat and social media daily. We expect mentors to connect with their mentees approximately 2 to 4 hours per month. Mentors are required to attend meetings and track mentee progress. It is possible that a mentor will be assigned more than one mentee during the programme but this will be discussed initially.
