Black Woman Kindness Initiative

Black Woman Kindness Initiative provide, is a community organisation dedicated to the well-being and self-development of Black women. Our mission is to foster a community that uplifts, supports, and empowers Black women on their journey to a holistic well-being. Through initiatives, programs, and a network of kindness, we strive to create a space where Black women can thrive.

We are hosting a number of creative writing, design and photography workshops to produce a book of local cultural heritage containing recipes, short stories, pictures, quotes and wisdoms with a view to unite people from different backgrounds. This book funded by Colours of Redbridge will allow women from Black and Asian backgrounds to pass on knowledge within families and communities and encourage intergenerational conversations.
